Systemic perspectives // Embracing the unknown

This project was founded on the belief that constellation work and systemic perspectives offer something the world might need: in a time marked by disconnection, systemic work reminds us that ruptures in belonging create suffering - and that healing both on individual and societal levels begins with restoring connection.  

Constellation work

Constellation work reveals what moves beneath the surface - in ourselves, our relationships, and our inherited stories.  Through systemic, embodied awareness, hidden patterns may become visible and new movement can emerge. It invites presence rather than analysis, allowing what was carried alone to be held in a wider field, opening space for clarity, connection and healing.  

Courses, workshops, seminars and 1:1 work

Experiencing is the best way of learning. 

We offer 1-day introductions, 1-2 day learning circles, a full-year study circle, 1:1 work and individual as well as group supervision.  Most courses can be made available in English, and 1:1 work and supervision can also be available in German.  Some courses can be held as online classes depending on demand.

About: Jørn Liebezeit

Jørn Liebezeit is one of the pioneers in constellation work in Norway, and a member of ISCA (International Systemic Constellations Association).  He is a psychotherapist (Psychosynthesis / NIP; MNFPT / MNFP / EAP), couple therapist (Creative Couples Work) and a Systemic family therapist (VID). 

About: Berit Aanesen

Berit Aanesen is a psychotherapist (Integrative therapy; MNFIT / MNFP / EAP), a mentor for the peer support work in LEVE (The Norwegian organisation for suicide survivors), and leading the quality committee in the Norwegian Association for Psychotherapy.

She is Jørns assistant and trainee in the constellation work.
